The recovery Plan, transformation and Resilience (PRTR) outlines the road map for the modernization of the spanish economy, the recovery of economic growth and job creation, for economic reconstruction, inclusive and resilient following the crisis of the COVID, and to meet the challenges of the next decade. This Plan will receive the financing of the Next Generation EU funds, including the Mechanism for the recovery and resilience.

The missions to convene this meeting also in conformity with the initiativeSpain 2050, which set the foundations and proposals for a national strategy for the Long Term, anticipating the main challenges and problems confronting Spain in the next 30 years.
